Courage is a Manager in the Restructuring and Debt Advisory team at Bridgewater. In his role, he assists partners and advisors in the execution of various client mandates in the areas of restructuring and corporate finance deals with core objectives of assisting clients in pre-crisis, restructuring and liquidation scenarios, distressed M&A, debt restructuring, and other turnaround strategies. His role also involves managing deal teams in financial modelling, valuation, and pre- and post-deal reporting.

His expertise spans financial reporting and accounting considerations on transaction structuring, valuations, post-deal integration, and capital restructuring to meet the requirements of stock exchanges and regulators (Securities and Exchange Commission and the Central Bank).

Prior to joining Bridgewater, Courage worked with KPMG where he was a Senior Associate in the advisory unit. He has experience in planning and executing M&A and divestiture transactions and advising on each stage of the transaction life cycle.

Mathias is a Research Analyst at Bridgewater; his core focus is macroeconomic analysis and its implication on deals and markets. As part of the Research & Intelligence team, he provides economic research and analysis to develop insights and business intelligence that support clients in decision making and development of strategy.

Prior to joining Bridgewater, Mathias was involved in project management roles, leading project teams to successfully complete organisational projects.

Education:

Prosper is a Partner at Bridgewater Advisors Limited and Leader of the Capital Projects Advisory Practice Group which includes Infrastructure and Capital Projects (ICP) and PPP Advisory. He has over 15 years multi-disciplinary practice experience in providing corporate finance advisory services, Infrastructure & project finance, financial modelling, investment appraisal, deal structuring, negotiation support and deal execution. Prosper has particular experience in advising on the buy and sell-side (M&A) for private sector participation opportunities as well as directing, managing, and performing corporate finance assignments for a wide range of public and private sector clients. 

Prosper has led and managed high-profile assignments in a wide range of sectors particularly in energy (power sector, oil and gas), real estate, telecommunications, financial services and broad infrastructure advisory. He has worked on engagements involving Private Sector Participation (PSP), Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), structured finance and contract negotiation for a combined project portfolio valued at over $10 billion. He has worked on projects in developing and advanced economies such as Ghana, Mauritius, Nigeria, and United Kingdom.

Prior to joining Bridgewater, Prosper was Head of Private Equity in a Ghanian led private equity fund where he led the design and formation of fund vehicles for the purposes of investing in both private and public sector verticals. He also worked as an Associate / Manager in Corporate Finance at Langham Walsh (a financial advisory boutique) in the United Kingdom.

Anuonyam is an Associate Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions team at Bridgewater. In her role, she leads the execution of client mandates on both the buyside and sellside, assisting African businesses across industries to navigate complex acquisition and merger transactions.

She has significant transaction experience in areas such as deal structuring, financial and business modelling, buyside and sell-side due diligence, deal execution, capital raising, valuation across various industries including Real Estate, Engineering and Construction, Healthcare, Agriculture, Financial Services, Technology etc. She has played several key roles in advisory engagements providing both strategic and operational advice to clients across various stages of their capital lifecycle.

Prior to joining Bridgewater, she was in management consulting mainly in the areas of strategy and operational risks. Anuonyam also worked in insurance, particularly in underwriting and credit management.

Richmond is an Investment Banking Analyst at Bridgewater. He undertakes activities in the areas of financial and business analysis, financial modeling, valuation, market and economic analysis, and preparation of deal documents to support corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Bridgwater, Richmond worked with MSMEs to develop their strategic and business plans, as well as to optimize their operations. He also successfully coordinated a number of research projects and worked as a financial advisor at Prudential Life Insurance Ghana.

Gilbert is an Investment Banking Analyst at Bridgewater. He undertakes activities in the areas of financial and business analysis, financial modeling, valuation, market and economic analysis, and preparation of deal documents to support corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Bridgewater, Gilbert assisted business owners and project sponsors to raise capital to achieve their objectives.

Michael is an Investment Banking Analyst at Bridgewater. He undertakes activities in the areas of financial and business analysis, financial modeling, valuation, market and economic analysis, and preparation of deal documents to support corporate transactions.

Michael joined Bridgewater after completing his National Service at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), where he was an Administrative Assistant in the Faculty of Social Sciences Dean’s Office.

Amanda is an executive associate in the corporate development team at Bridgewater. She plays a crucial support role in management of the office of the managing partner, this includes activities such as keeping schedules, and managing communications. She also assists in research, data analysis, and report preparation, contributing to the team's efficiency and overall success.

Prior to joining Bridgewater, she was a Manager at Pinkberry Ghana Limited. She also worked at Nationwide Medical Insurance, as part of the actuarial and underwriting team.
