Working at Bridgewater has been an interesting journey filled with growth. Early on in my journey, I received guidance in carving out my career path in Investment Banking. This has made my experience on every transaction meaningful.

I have also gained practical training in developing a professional approach to work which applies both knowledge and skills to deliver efficiently. Our work approach enables me to apply and enhance my skills by exploring resources available tome to further my knowledge in working with various tools.

Figuring out how to execute a task is as important as its implementation.

Sometimes, when I encounter hurdles in an assigned task, I am able to sail through with the help of my seniors and colleagues. This gives a clearer understanding of how to go about the task and to successfully complete it.

Being able to try, make mistakes, be corrected, and guided to become better at what I do has been the best part of #mybridgewaterexperience.

I also find that the workplace is a home where I get to engage with colleagues and build great rapport. I see myself becoming a great finance professional with a solid background and an in-depth understanding of the industry while excelling in every aspect of it just as the leaders of this firm.
